Problemas com o office365 implementação hybrida.
Caso tenha problema ao tentar trocar o endereço de e-mail de um usuário dentro do 365, em implementações hibridas.

Falha na operação na caixa de correio "juquinha", porque ela está fora do escopo de gravação do usuário atual. A ação 'Set-Mailbox', 'EmailAddresses', talvez não possa ser executada no objeto 'juquinha, pois esse objeto está sendo sincronizado na instalação. Essa ação deve ser executada no objeto, na sua instalação.



Solução ir editar no ADSEDIT
The reason for this is due to the fact that the AD and O365 are synchronised. Office 365 knows this and does not allow you to make any changes on O365 if there is a corresponding attribute that links up with your Active Directory.
So, I would like to confirm whether you are using Dirsync. If yes, you can add email alias from on-premise AD via ADSI Edit.
You can do the following steps:
1. Open ADSI Edit.
2. Click Users and right click user who you want to edit.
3. Double click the proxyAddress attribute.
4. Add the alisa as the format below:
smtp:xxxx@yourdomain.com


5. Run dirsync to force sync the change.
